I've dealth with Meritline for several years and always been pleased with their service. A recent problem, however, was the first opportunity I had to evaluate their Service After the Sale.
Part of a recent order was to be shipped from China, and was to arrive in 2-3 weeks. A couple of days after the 3 weeks I emailed them to let them know that it had not arrived yet. I got a reply from their customer service department within 24 hours asking me to confirm my shipping address, and a followup email within a day asking if I wanted a refund or replacement of the item.

I was very impressed with Meritline's promptness, pleasantness, and fairness. I would recommend them to a friend!

Excellent service as always ! Had a question about the product that I was thinking about buying, so utilized the B & H chatroom. I had an answer to my question within a couple of minutes. Order was processed quickly, shipped on a timely basis, and arrived at my door 7 days from the order date (using the free shipping option). I've dealt with B & H for years and on the rare occasion that I have to return something, they have always been easy to work with. A quality operation !!!
