“My experience was awful...I will NEVER buy anything from redtag.com or ubid.com. I received a defective item and contacted customer care and was told I would get a response within 48 hours and to date I have NOT received a response. So my tablet is useless because it is broken!”

UBid rep has responded

“Our customer care department works extremely hard to respond to all matters within a 48 hour time frame, and we are happy to say in this situation we have met our standards. We had provided you with a label within 24 hours of you contacting us with your item’s issue to ship back the defective item for a replacement. We are very happy to say now that the issue is currently in route to be resolved, and we are doing an exchange on the item.”
