Be careful with these guys. I have had two issues with Divineo the last month that required me to deal with customer service. They reply to my emails very quickly but really don't help (might as well be an auto responder for all they are worth.) The could not help me reset my password when their automated system was down and then after I ordered a simple 360 repair kit; I only received part of the order. I emailed customer service and 5 emails later they still won't complete my order. I have dealt with them in the past with no problems but I guess I was just lucky; I will probably not be buying from them again if there is a better alternative even if it cost a few more dollars.

I don't know how good the shipping is as I never receieved my package. The have security policy that won't ship to an address with a differnet billing address which is fine but they really should make military address exceptions as addressess tend to change often. My complaint is that I never received a follow up email citing any problems with the order and some people have shipped to an APO without incident.

Great selection and great prices. I ordered a CORD FREE Headset and recieved it in a very timely manner and cheap using standard shipping.

My experience was great I ordered the bag on the 15th and it got there on the 17th. I payed a total of 12.42 for a messenger bag they had on special. I did not pay extra for overnight or 2nd day service but none the less from oder date to arrival date was two days. The quality of the bag was nice and from my experience I would surely order from them again.

This store is great. I ordered the product the same day as I ordered from newegg and the items arrvied the next day; beating the newegg order (I didn't pay for overnight shipping.) The store is in my state; but hey the next day and Texas is a big state. I thought I was buying used components but if they are used they are in great shape. Overall I was very suprised at the speed and quality of this store.
