Before we finalized our order at their web site for Samsung PN63A650, I called Electrozone to confirm they had in stock for an immediate delivery. I talked to Jeff. He confirmed it was in stock. Although their web site stated that the delivery date of 7 to 14 days, I was not concerned since they confirmed the availability. To make sure it was shipped, I called and talked to Jeff again and he confirmed it was shipped on 09/10/09 and that we should receive it on the 17th. My credit card was promptly charged on the 9th. When it did not arrive, I was very concerned and check the reviews. I was horrified by what I read. I immediately called and talked to Jeff. He transferred my call to Louis. What has happened after that is exactly the same what I read in the reviews. He was not only rude but much more. It is beyond my comprehension that they are still in business! He called back and offered to cancel and re-route my order. As we purchase $2 to 3 million for our business, we are very familiar with shipment. Based on what he stated, I believe the item was never shipped nor they had it in stock. When I sent him an e-mail confirming the cancellation of my order, he responded with made-up statements to smear the problem on me. I assume he wants to make them look good in case this becomes an issue. He continued to respond to my response to his e-mail with the same smear attacks.
To those thinking of purchasing from Electrozone, READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE! I wish I have done it.
