This is my 4th purchase from NewEgg.com in the last 2 months. I want to state for the record that on 2 orders I had a problem and both were addressed and resolved to my complete satisfaction immediately. NewEgg.com on 1 order when the manufacture stated they did not support there product immediately stepped up and allowed for a return and complete refund of the product. That allowed me feel confident in my continued and on-going business with NewEgg.com I have found them to be "Totally Committed" to Customer Service and Support. The products are name brand and made available at a discount to the consumer! After the purchase I just made and help to resolve an issue with a missing piece from the manufacture NOT NEWEGG's fault, regardless they stepped up and made sure the issue was resolved and my complete satisfaction met. I will continue to do business with NewEgg.com in the future as a result of there friendly and helpful staff. And because of the quality and name brand products they offer. I am so happy with my Toshiba 37" LCD HD TV Combo DVD which I was the first to buy I think but definately first to review. Can't be beat! Delivered in 2 days. The Olympus SP-550 Digital Camera just arrived. Best camera I have ever owned. It is my 4th camera. Every feature that intermediate or advanced or novice could want in a camera. I plan for my next purchase from NewEgg.com to be a Home Theatre in a box. Keep up the EGGCELLANT & Outstanding committment to name brand products and EGGCELLANT Customer Support! I look forward to my next purchase in the very near future.
