I sent four emails since the Feb 15 with no response and attempted to call the support number but received a busy signal every time. They advertise a turn around time of a week, but it has been a month already. Finally I received the battery on Mar 02. The battery was returned in a cardboard envelope in bubblewrap with draining\/charging instructions. “Dear Customer:
We apologize for the delay for your order. We have exchange programs and refill services. We can refill any laptop batteries that exist nowadays and make them run longer than brand new batteries. Our exchange program is designed for common name brand batteries. If the customer's battery belongs to one of our exchange programs, the turn around time is typically 1 or 2 days after we receive customer's battery. So, it usually takes just one week to get the battery back to customer.
If the customer's battery is not one of the exchange program batteries, then the normal turn around time is within 7 days after we receive your battery. It means usually over two weeks to get the refilled battery, because it takes 3-5 days after we receive the battery from the customer, 7 days to finish the service, and another 3-5 days to ship it back to the customer.
However, if the customer's battery is a very rare battery, such as this customer's (Mitac
8060B), it takes longer than our usual 7 days turn around time. Our phone line is always available. Please leave any messages or concerns, and one of our customer care representatives will either answer the phone or call you back and resolve the situation.
