I agree with other comments here, this store is the worst. Do Not Buy From Them. You have been warned. Ordered a tablet portfolio that said was in stock. Received an order conformation email within the hour saying the order had been placed. A week later there was no shipping notification. Went to the online order tracking and my order # came up as invalid. Called the customer service number and went through the automated order tracking system which also came back with order as invalid. Asked for an operator and it stated none available. Called back twice trying to reach an operator on the order tracking option, each time it came back a none available. Called back a third time and selected new order option. Low and behold someone picked up on the second ring!! After giving the order number, I was placed on hold for 10 min. Then was informed that the item was no longer available and the order had been canceled. What the _ _ _ _ ? You couldn't send me an email when you canceled the order? No status online ??? Only when I called a week later did I get an answer. No one available on the order status line, but sure as heck available to take another order.
