i ordered 3 monster hunter felyne figures. when i ordered them it said they were in stock on the website. these were supposed to be a late birthday present for myself. within a week i get an email saying all 3 were on back order and would take 1-2 weeks to be shipped out. i was fine with that, because i really really wanted the figures since i could not find them in stock anywhere else.

i never received any email back minus the automated 'we received your email, it takes us some time to respond' email back.

weeks go by and i finally request a refund, no response. and i just emailed them again, requesting a refund again.

its been close to two and a half months. i am tired of waiting but unfortunately i did not use paypal.

i recommend no one use these people they are very unreliable and will just take your money.
