JUNK... maybe I didn't say it clearly enough JUNK!!
Didn't work correctly from day one. Tried to add memory and nothing worked with the eMachine supplied memory so had to totally replace. Sent it in to the repair depot twice and it came back broken both times. They have trained the tech support people to be "polite" while doing absolutely nothing. After the 2nd trip to the depot I asked them to replace the box as a "lemon" and they said that they couldn't do that. Well, not yet. I asked them how many times did it have to go in, 17 and they said "not quite that many". DVD burner didn't burn, hard drive had errors, software errors too numerous to mention.
Bottom line... get ANY other brand or you'll waste your money. Replaced it with an HP and have had ZERO problems.

According to several spyware rating sites, Aluria Spy Eliminator was the highest rated overall. However, here is my experience so far...
1) I ran their free scan prior to buying. It found one named naughtypopups and 10 "unknown" traces on my computer.
2) I went to purchase and install the full version. The ordering screen puts a $10 CD on the order automatically and then the checkbox to remove it is VERY hard to see (in the wrong place so you don't realize that's what it does).
3) I sent their support line an e-mail asking how to remove the CD from the order and never got an answer, much less in 24 hrs. as promised.
4) I figured it out eventually and downloaded and installed the software. However, when I set my options in the software they wouldn't stick.
5) Another e-mail to support took several days to get a reply that was to uninstall and reinstall the software. I sent them a reply asking how that would help since it had only been a couple of days since I originally downloaded. Was there a new version? I have not received an answer in over 4 days. And, the options still don't "stick" you have to reset them anytime you reboot or restart the app.
So, it may work... not sure how I'll know until it's too late. The spyware the free scan said it found was not found by the paid version or by SpySweeper (my previous utility). I suspect a little "marketing" lying is going on there. Tell them they have something and they hurry to buy.
I know for sure their support is VERY poor... hope the app works better. Can't really recommend this software... stick with Webroot Spysweeper for now.

I do NOT understand all the bad reviews on here. I have ordered from FDC 3 times. The orders come within a few days, they are 100% correct and the products are as good or better than anywhere I've shopped. I've gotten batteries for Samsung and Motorola phones from them that were half the price of stores and were MUCH better batteries. The battery I got for my Motorola Razr actually lasts longer than the one from Motorola.
I've never had an issue with them so I can't speak to how they handle issues.

I bought an HP a1020n computer and wanted to add 512MB of memory. I went to the HP web site and they listed the WRONG type of memory for my computer. When I called them they said "sorry, find it at a retailer"... they didn't even realize they had the wrong thing on their site. So, I started searching the web. I contacted 5 vendors. The only one that actually correctly listed my computer and memory was Upgrade Memory. And, when I contacted them to verify the memory was indeed correct (remember HP's wasn't) they responded quickly and professionally. The correct memory arrived as promised and has worked flawlessly. Customer service is not dead!!

MonitorsDirect ROCKS!!
I've purchased millions of dollars of computer equipment in my career... these guys are the BEST. I ordered a 19" LCD on a Sunday afternoon to replace a dead system for an important user. It arrived in perfect condition on Tuesday afternoon... no dead pixels, no issues PERIOD!! If they keep this up... all the other sellers might as well close their doors!!
