Upon arrival on the 22nd, I found out that it charges but does not sync my T5 (I can sync with the USB cable from PalmOne). I emailed them instantly, asking for advice, if there is a driver or such that I need to install. I did not hear back. I emailed again and again did not hear back from them. No phone number on their website.
