I have purchased many items from Sierra Trading Post over five years - hundreds of dollars. The merchandise itself is variable: sometimes excellent products at exceptional prices, other times the merchandise is clearly defective in some way. Sometimes the defects are insignificant; sometimes I return the product. I do not mind the duds because the return process is very easy and the deals are fantastic.
