Terrible...never ever purchase from BHM. I ordered a golf bag for my husband Jan 2011 and it is now Jan 2012 and I have not received the bag. I inquired about shipment in March, June and Oct and was put off each time. I was informed today by BHM, I had not paid for the bag. When I said I was going to call my credit card company and dispute the charge..their response was
"too bad, credit card company will do nothing, it's been over six months". Since my last inquiry was in Oct, 2011, my CC company reimbursed me immediately. I am thinking of calling the attorney generals office. This is fraud to keep peoples money for 6 months and then say too bad.
