I placed an order from their sister website, tinytux.com and within 12 hours my credit card had posted a charge. I never received an email, phone call or snail mail from them rgarding the order. On 8/28, I left several messages with no response. On 8/29, someone picked up the phone and said my order had shipped, but could not provide a tracking number when I asked. After fumbling for words, they hung up on me. I repeatedly called, and the person kept picking up the phone and hanging up on me. I contacted their local police department on 8/29 after searching for company and owner information on the internet.
It turns out this business is run out of a home in Meridian, ID and the only phone number is a cell phone.
