I saw a phone for sale on their website that I really wanted to buy because of the good deal they had on it. However, I saw the reviews posted below, which cautioned me.. So I decided to call them and tell them my situation and how I wanted to make the purchase, but they had a couple poor reviews.
They explained that they experienced unforeseen issues with their merchant processing company, which caused them major promblems with their shopping cart and order system.. They assured me that it has all been resolved, and they were very sorry.. They then went on to give me a $15.00 off coupon code to show me how much they cared about my business. I got the phone (factory unlocked iphone) two days after ordering it.. Awesome phone, outstanding service, and I will definitely be back, no questions asked!! I think the folks below got caught up in the ordering problems JAB Cellular was having.. If you're a previous customer, send them an e-mail, they are being extremely kind and proactive now that they are "back online." Hope that helps.
