Update - Just received my first DOA product. Was a hard drive with manufacturer I had never tried before. Didn't want to risk another bad one, so asked for refund so I could order another drive and not have to wait for turnaround. Found out they charge 15% restocking even on defective products if you want a refund. Have other vendors that have better return policies, so I will no longer be buying from them. "Restocking" on dead product - I don't think so.

Had a power supply fail on a Monday night. Found one I had been interested in trying at ZipZoomfly, placed the order late the same night and recieved the new supply early Thursday. Have never had a bad experience with this company. When you live in a remote area, fast service is crucial and when coupled with excellent prices and good selection they are greatly appreciated.
