I have never had a worse experience online shopping. I made my way to redtag.com through a groupon for a blu ray player. not only was I not given any kind of order number after purchase, but when trying to contact redtag, I was brought to an email page.....NO phone number. there was no tracking, and after a week of waiting around for email responses I would never get, I got worried this product wasn't going to show up by Christmas. it was a gift. no tracking number, no phone number, no order number....finally, about a week and a half later, I get a response to one of my complaining emails. they had WAITED to respond until it had an order number and ahead shipped. also, they shipped it to the wrong address! not only is this gift late and ruined, but I'm getting the feeling this blu ray player is going to have problems, just because if came from this crappy company. buyers beware! sketchy business!
