I ordered hpc8767wn (hp96)Large black ink Sept 24,2010
When I got the large size cartridge the ink was faded not black. It only worked black on Best setting. I called company. Customer service was excellent. They sent out a replacement. Although the 2nd catridge's ink was a little smudgy I kept it.Less then a month later ,by the end of Oct with light use,maybe 40-50 pages, my printer would no longer let me print. It kept saying check Cartridge on left. The cartridge showed it was out of ink & said needed to replaced.It is suppose to last for 800 sheets. Really. I would not buy from this company again after 2 failed tries. The ink is cheap, but they are not filling up the cartridges properly. You get what you pay for.I'm disappointed.

If you are new to this store & have any doubts about their honesty or service let me calm your concerns. They are a great store,honest customer service , quick to resolve any problems, shipping is fast; 2-3 days coast to coast, their prices are great,no taxes most cities, some items have free shipping, plus they give you reward points. I've been doing business with this store close to a year & can't say enough good things about this them. I'm a happy customer.
