I asked them to replace the wand because a new fitting could not be located. They told me I had to send the whole unit back and emailed a return label that wouldn\u0027t print out. Called for the 3rd time and finally got a call that said it\u0027s in the mail. Doesn\u0027t make any sence to return whole sprayer when all it takes to install new spray wand is a screw driver for the hose-clamp. This company is unreasonable to try and work with and I will never spend another dime there.
