I want to take a moment & say how happy I am with my recent desktop computer purchased from Puget Systems last month. My computer works great & I love it! But just as important to me is the excellent customer service I've received from Brett N. who has serviced my account from day 1 of my first inquiry @ Puget Sytems.

Brett has patiently answered all of my questions, helped me choose a system that best suited my needs, and has followed-up with me immediately, even on the weekends. In addition, knowing I was going out of town, Brett met me @ the company offices on the morning of the 4th to deliver my computer, even though the office was closed. He hooked up my computer, & went through it, providing information to me & answering my questions. Afterwards he packaged up my computer & loaded it into my car.

I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to purchases a new computer!
