excellent customer service. They had a product priced at almost 35% below market price. It was obviously a price mistake/ glitch in their system. They immediately refunded money. They were however not truthful in their reasons saying the item was sold out which seems highly unlikely because nobody who placed order after this price change got the product.

Had a price mistake on the product. Was prompt in cancelling order and refunding money. Did not hold on to money like others had feared.

Buying software from these guys is always hit and miss and especially for games with cd keys, its not the wisest choice. I got the game in an opened box. Surprisingly the cds were intact and in a nice cd case. However the cd key was printed on the manual and the manual was missing from the package. So in effect, the game is useless to me w/o getting the cd key. These guys dont take returns or refunds, so in essence I am stuck with a worthless piece of software, unless I pay the same amount to get a cdkey off Ebay. This review is just to enlighten people that saving a few dollars is just not worth the pain of going through them if you are looking for PC games. Their shipping rates are also outrageous, for a $1.50 media mail they charged $8 for shipping and handling, and all they did was put the open box into an yellow envelope with no bubble wrap or anything.

After shopping around unsuccessfully for good reliable media and burning my fingers with some of the worst esellers, meritline(avoid them like plague, supermediastore), I chanced upon Rima.com and their range of T-Y products. I was impressed by their pricing, so ordered a 50 pack. They arrived yesterday and I am impressed, first disk I burned, worked like a charm, xbox backups are very picky when it comes to media and T-Y are the best. I will be doing all my shopping here from now..Good work!!!

bought a 100 pack greatazo 8 x for 26 + 2 day air shipping. Imagine my surprise when I got a set of Ritek G05 100 pack. I was so happy and then I put the first one in my burner, and it burned me a coaster, so far I have burned 10, 7 of them coasters, G05 is supposed to be the best brand around but seems this is some fake thing that they sent me. Will think twice about buying from these guys again. Had a 50 pack Ritek G04 from newegg , which hasnt given me a single coaster...go figure

This site has the best deals on the Tt HS/f and the $0 shipping makes it more attractive to buy all my cooling needs from here. great site, highly recommended

ordered a computer on 30th August. Order status did not show up till 9th. Called customer service 3 times and got the response that order is being processed. On 9th the status was updated but order was not shipped on the expected shipping date which was 9/18. On 9/20, status was updated to shipped, but it was not showing on the UPS tracking page. When I called up again on 9/23 they said the item will ship only on that day. UPS tracking information came up finally on 24th and on 30th exactly one month after I have got the item.

Havent opened my package, will update comment on the product after using it. but so far the experience has not been encouraging.I doubt if I will order from this site again.

opened package, packing was good but the assembling was not. I opened the case to install cd writer and found all the cables jumbled. The cpu cooler had come off and had bent up a few transistors and capacitors on my video and sound cards. the power cable to the floppy drive was loose.thankfully it powered up and i installed win xp . I only got a score of 7500 on 3d mark which was not impressive.
