Bait and Switch with incompatible product for $15 more!

I was contacted by phone and the person I spoke to tried to sell an Athlon 2200+ instead of the Athlon 2100+ processor due to a backorder status. I asked whether the replacement processor is also a Palomino. I stressed the importance of the Palomino architecture 3 times! After the call ended, I double checked this information and found that there is NO SUCH PROCESSOR. A 2200+ Palomino was never produced by AMD.

If you don't know, then don't just answer the question to make sales. Say that you are not sure!
