Post office never showed any movement from start to finish (10 days) and merchant never responded to 5 emails asking where the package was. They were quick to send email when one item was not in stock and quick to send tracking number that never worked. Overall I would give them a middle of the road rating. The computer I was going to put this DIMM in contained 2-64MB strips and the 256MB was going to fill the final slot. Imagine my surprise when I inserted the DIMM and came up short!! They have the gall to accuse me of trying to switch the DIMM because they claim they could not have sent the one they did because it does not have their bar code sticker on it. I emailed them the information on every sticker this DIMM has on it. <br>A few years ago, they sent me expensive cables that I had not ordered, nor had I been charged for. I contacted this company to send them back because I am an honest person. Now I find that I am being \u0022screwed\u0022.<br><br>Oh well, live and learn.
