Might as well just a debit\/credit card for non Ebay purposes. Called their call center and asked if there were additional holds on my account, which there were none. At first the representative gave me a BS excuse of how much time it takes for funds to get transfered. I called him out on this BS. Got the representative to admit that they were holding my money to buy short term paper so they can make interest from my refund. <br><br>Do not use Paypal to pay for things you can use your credit\/debit card for.
