Avoid at all cost. Finished layout the books, previewed it, and photos were all good, and submitted. However, website sent me a proof of what was about to be printed, some of the pictures were cut off. This happened twice. Their app was a headache to use.

The company needs to work on their in house software and execution. Also, their fee schedule is a bit ridiculous.

Kept getting calls on previous unresolved issues. Tried calling back to tell HP not to call me again. Representative was an idiot. She kept saying she had to read through the notes even though I told her to cancel the ticket and not call me again. At least outsource to people that can speak and understand English.

Uses UPS Mail Innovations (aka really slow USPS). Ordered item online and could have picked it up quickly at their retail location quicker. Took almost 2 weeks to be delivered from their warehouse in TX (I am about a 1.25 day's drive).

Those guys are pretty good most of the time. Their inventory is expansive and you can find most parts. Their price match is more like price lower, which is fine for certain instances. Also, shipping usually is quick plus they don't drop ship like most eretailers.

Not so smooth transaction on the website. Ordered with a giftcard and paid with Paypal. Told by the website my giftcard contributed to the total. However, I later got charged full amount via Paypal. Had to email Moosejaw to clarify my issue. Eventually, everything was squared away and received time.

Wish their checkout/transaction process was more transparent and accurate. Probably will never shop from them due to this issue since it was a headache.
