I bought an Alienware M18x Orion bag from Ebags, because it was marginally cheaper than the Amazon price, and I needed the bag in 3-5 business days and didn't want to risk it with the free super saver shipping from Amazon, as I was travelling to Florida and needed the bag to carry my G74SX. This was biggest mistake I could have made.
Ebags sent "the" bag and it arrived on the Friday before my Saturday departure, just liked I had planned, however it was not in fact the bag at all - instead of the Alienware M18X Orion Laptop Backpack I had ordered, I received an M17X Orion Messenger Bag, not only was the size not the same as ordered, the bag was completely wrong. This severely annoyed me, and then when I tried to contact the company their response was "just send the bag back, it might arrived here in 7-10 days and then we will look at refunding your card"... is that it?!! Is that what you consider customer service.
I have now had to re-order the bag through Amazon, and hope that this completely useless company considers giving my money back in close to a fortnight's time.
Complete disgrace to be honest.
DON"T ORDER FROM EBAGS - TRUST ME!!
