I got what I ordered, when I expected it, and everything arrived in good shape. That's the first thing you need to know about them. If you can't get what your order everything else irevelant.

The next thing you need to know is that they have the toys you are looking for, and if they don't, you may be looking for the wrong toys. Their toy selection is meant to provide lots of entertainment for children, but better than that, also lots of mental stimulation. If you haven't checked them out you should.
