Then you have to pay to ship items back when you already paid shipping for an item that was defective. Called and waited on hold for 30 mins twice and gave up. On the third try, I was on hold for 30 mins and finally got through to someone. Everything is a scam. I don\u0027t know why I didn\u0027t read the reviews on this company before purchasing. Big mistake on my part!
