Ordered over the web, received the confirmation email asking me to call to confirm my order. Immediately knew it was a bait and switch. I ordered a GPS unit and they advised I had to have a memory card for the unit to work. I declined. They said I should really get an extended warranty. I declined. Then they asked if I wanted to upgrade the unit for ENGLISH. Apparently it was a Japanese unit so it would cost more to get one in English.
