I ordered a pioneer 5060HD from Satellite and Sound. Dave and doug were a pleasure to work with through the order process and made me aware of some quantity limitations and gave a target date for expected availability. They promtly contacted me when a set was availiable and it was received from a drop shipper on the east coast. Unfortunately, the set was received with a fractured power board in the media receiver. Doug and Dave made every effort to expedite repair and would have even sent a replacement media receiver had one been available. Unfortunately the same limitations to quantites by the manufacturer made this impossible. This was obviously a stressful purchase but Sattelite and Sound made every effort to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. I know there are many vendors out there that are quick to take your money then vanish like vapor after the sale. That simply was not the case with sattelite and sound. EVERY effort was taken to repair the problem and have me with a wonderful set as quickly as possible. Hats off to Sattelite and Sound.
