I purchased cabinet hardware from the store. The order took 3 weeks to fulfill and then they sent the wrong items. I had to wait two more weeks to receive them. They were nice on the phone about the SNAFU, though.

I wouldn't purchase from this company again. I bought about 1700$ dollars worth of merchandise. Though the site says "free shipping" I was charged a 50$ handling fee. Further, the person helping me on the phone told me I needed an item that I didn't end up needing. So, though items seemed cheaper than other companies, I ended up paying more.

Adding to this review: I called to let the company know I was sold an item I didn't need and still needed the original item. The staff was unhelpful. The person with whom I spoke said the item would cost 95$ and that I wouldn't receive the item for a week because the item came from Canada and the company does not drop ship (send it to the house). I called qualitybath.com, however, and I received the same product for 76$ and within a couple of days with a drop ship. I just felt the staff at decor island was not honest...

We bought a resin tub from SH. The company was wonderful to work with. Our contractor took longer than expected and they allowed us to wait on shipment for two months. The tub is wonderful (winifred), beautiful and functional!
