No problems with order process or delivery whatsoever. Web site performance excellent, tracking info even better. For some reason, the invoice entry that came with my retail box Leadtek WinFast GeForce3 Ti200 TDH video card said, "This item is service by the Manufacture Directly," [sic] and listed Leadtek's toll-free phone number. Curious, but I haven't had any reason to contact them about it so far. All in all, I've placed several orders with them over the past few months for items ranging from a tube of Arctic Silver III to a pair of 512MB Mushkin DDR SDRAM sticks to a video card to a motherboard. Each time, the order process has been painless, even when I accidentally mis-entered my credit card number once. I was able to fix the problem without having to talk or write to anyone.

The only real gripe I have with them is with their shipping costs, which can be rather high on smaller items. They list most of the shipping costs next to each item's description on their product list pages, and from what I've seen these are not flexible. In other words, if you want 3 of an item whose shipping cost is shown as $6, you're going to wind up paying $18 shipping total ($6 for each item), regardless of how small the item might be. To be fair, they do compensate for this a bit by keeping shipping charges relatively low on the more expensive items like motherboards and video cards - in some cases, they're the same for a $300 video card as they are for a $8 blank DVD-R disc.

I will continue to do business with and recommend them, especially for larger purchases, but I will definitely shop around when it comes to smaller orders because of their shipping charges.

Ordered an Athlon XP 1800+ retail CPU, an OEM Western Digital WD1000JB hard drive, and an OEM copy of Windows XP Pro. Ordering was easy, tracking info was timely, and all products arrived in good shape. Haven't had to contact them at all about it, since everything went smoothly.

Ordered a Wacom Graphire2 mouse/tablet/pen. Everything arrived in good shape and on time. Product descriptions online are among the best I've seen anywhere. Tracking info was only available through an e-mail they sent and not on their website. They do not display or print out an invoice for you by default (item ships with a packing list only) - instead, they give you a link to a print-friendly invoice page from your order info page.

Ordered a full retail version of a Pioneer DVR-A03 DVD-R/RW drive. Ordering was a bit confusing since they had the same item listed twice, but one of them was shown at twice the price of the other. I eventually encountered no problems placing an order for the cheaper of the two listings. I received e-mail when the order was processed and was able to tell when it shipped by logging on to their web site. The product arrived in good shape and was packed acceptably. I have not had to contact them about the order at all, since everything went well and since the item was a full retail box.

Purchased a Lian-Li PC-68USB case. It shipped timely and I was issued tracking info as soon as it went out. Took a while to arrive (Canada to Dallas), but it was trackable every step of the way. Package arrived inside Lian-Li's original box, with no additional packing or protection - probably the only gripe I may have about the order. Otherwise, the case arrived in perfect shape and is functioning beautifully. I would do business with them again, but I'd be careful to stick to full retail items until I had more experience with them.
