Quality Bath has the best prices! Even better, the shipping is free. When I ordered the Duravit wall hung toilet and Sensowash bidet seat, I received a call that the toilet would take about 3 weeks for delivery but that they would send the other items first so that my contractor could install the other components while waiting for the toilet. The items came in a few days and to my surprise, the toilet came only 8 days after placing my order! And it was in perfect condition. I had been worried about QB's policy that Duravit products are returnable only if defective, and that if you don't inspect it upon arrival but it's broken, then it's yours. Well, I wasn't home when it arrived and the workmen accepted it without inspecting it. When I opened it up, there was so much packing material to protect it, the box probably could have dropped without breaking the toilet. I've had other items shipped from Europe that were damaged because of flimsy packaging, but this was very well packaged. I'm going to use QB all my other bathroom purchases.
