Any lawyers on this site, please consider your opportunity to make a case against these scam artists and their return policy. This has, by far, been the worst experience I've had in the entirety of my online purchases. They are corrupt and crooked and deserve to be taken out of business. My next stop is the better business bureau. My story: They sold me a windshield for my Harley via Amazon which was displayed as an opaque black appearance. It was no darker than a clear drinking glass so I shipped it back. They refunded me only 60% ($33.61 of $55.19) windshield because apparently I owed a restocking fee of 20% - the math is they took 40%. As fuming as that is, I talked to Nick from customer service who had the nerve to tell me that they did a refund because I got the correct windshield via part number; I then said if that is the case then the item was falsely advertised on Amazon. It was explained that the vendor provides the pictures of the item so it's not their fault. Lawsuit in progress....Stay away from these crooks.
