Update 6 May 2009:
C1 Shopping Mall appears to have gone out of business. Their website has been down since the last order. Prior to this last experience, they were an excellent value and provided prompt service. They will be missed.

30 March 2009:
Ordered 2 retail Intel CPUs, listed in-stock on company website.
Company charged credit card immediately.
Company did not ship the items.
Company did NOT answer the phone for entire week of order.
Company did not respond to 3 email requests for order status.
Company website link for order status is nonfunctional.
Company did not respond to fax request for order status.

This company is under new management/ ownership as of Feb-Mar 2008. New version of company shipped wrong items, and refused to take them back. Despite having detailed records, new owner refused to take responsibility for mistake, and only offered to sell correct items "at cost."
First ordered items (a common CCTV camera cable) from previous owner before changeover, company did not ship items. New owner claimed (1) that his company would not honor the original order because the previous owner accepted it before the transition to new ownership; (2) that it was my fault his company shipped the wrong items because I did not send a photograph of the item prior to the order.
Bottom line: this company shipped the wrong items to me, failed to accept their return, and then charged me more than what I was originally quoted for the items as well as the shipping. I made an extra effort to make sure that PCSurveillance (called 3 times after first order) got the order right, but new owner seems to believe that his customers should pay for his company's mistakes.

DHL (shipper) lost shipment (large monitor).

DHL/ Dell could not figure out status of item for 2 days.

Finally received call from DHL that they think item was misdelivered.

Could not wait another week due to business travel for new item shipment, did not want to wait forever for an open-box $1000 monitor that had been misdelivered that they could not find.

Dell refused to refund money and would not respond to email requests to cancel order.

It is almost impossible to get through Dell's coroporate army of customer service representatives who seem to intentionally delay and frustrate.

I experienced hold times of 30 minutes to 1 hour from overseas call centers.

Finally got hold of sales rep and forced the issue. Sales rep wanted to arrange for a "return" of a monitor that was never delivered, that DHL lost. Was finally able to force the issue and get rep to agree to refund money. Hopefully, this will happen as promised.

Poor sales support. Uninformed staff. Do not respond to emails. Am still waiting after 7 days for a link to download software.
Update at +10days:
Contacted General Manager who resolved the problem.
Sales and support staffs need more training.

Excellent prices, very fast shipping, excellent customer service. Had to RMA several of the same item due to no fault of seller or my own (manufacturer limitation) - issued RMA quickly with no hassle or restocking fee. Highly recommended. Very competitive pricing, unusual hard -to find stuff.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

This company has, hands-down, the BEST attitude towards customers and the BEST customer service.

Advertised prices are comnpetitive, and they will meet or beat any competitor pricing in most cases, especially on new Macintosh computers.

I have ordered over 30K in systems, software, and peripherals form them in the past 7 years and they have been consistently excellent.

This company is hard to reach and a hassle to do business with.

1. Unavailable customer service. I have not been able to reach customer service in less than ONE HOUR hold time in more than 5 attempts. Hold times of more than 1.5 hours has been my experience. This has been my experience in other purchases during non-holiday periods as well.

2. Customer service, tech support, and sales reps make promises they do not keep. Was promised full refund for an RMA SCSI card that was crippled (Apple/ATTO card with NO on-card memory to save settings). Still waiting after three promises to refund money.

3. Attitude of some sales reps/CSRs seems to be to say whatever the customer wants to hear, but document the call differently.

NOTE: the 6-month rating of 6.67 is misleading based on so few comments. If you read all the posts here, it is clear that the vast majority of comments are negative.
