Hi
I bought a channel and a chloe bag from beyond the rack in nov, and they sere send to me in Dec, the chloe is fine, but i got the problem with the channel bag, it is a pre-owned bag which i didn't notice at the time i purchased. When i received it i found there are so many blemishes on the bag, and there's no any certification with the bag. I returned the bag right after i received it, but in Feb, beyond the rack send back the bag to me without any notification to me. I called the customer service and their reply is nonrefundable. I understand the refundable policy, but, the bad is so different from the picture showed on the website; furthermore, i don't mind it's a pre-owned bag, but the bag is in such a poor condition and without any certification, i cannot even resell it. Although the bag is the final sale product, but the seller must deliver goods of the right description at the agreed time; the seller must also supply goods that are of "merchantable quality" . Now i insist the company should either send the certification of the bag to me or do the refund. I'm so unhappy about my loss now.
