The boots I ordered were listed under \u0022wide calf boots\u0022 but not described as such. After investigating the return policy I decided to risk it. The boots arrived promptly but did not fit. I followed the return procedures and brought the box to the UPS store for the $6.95 return fee described on the web site. It cost me twice that and the kid at UPS said the woman within website information was false advertising. I\u0027m out $14. in return shipping and the $75. charge on my credit card will hopefully come off in several weeks.
