I ordered a heater from this company on March 6, 2006. I paid extra to get it sent to me quickly.
They sent me an email on March 10, 2006 saying that my heater was sent by Fed Ex on March 8, 2006. As of today, March 24th, 2006, I still have not received my purchase. I have sent 3 emails to the service department. Their website says that they will get back to you in 1 to 2 buisness days. This did not happen. When you call their customer service number, which is an 800 number, all you are able to do is enter your order number and zip code. A recording then tells you if your order has been shipped or not. If you need more information about your order you have to call another number that is not a toll free call. I made two of these long distance calls trying to find out what was going on with my order. The first representative said she was going to put a tracking call in on the package. When I called again three days later, I spoke to another representative and informed her that a tracking call was supposed to have been placed, and she informed me that there was no record of my call requesting one. Needless to say, I am very unhappy with the service I received from this company.
