I was then very disappointed when the mug arrived and the pictures were round towards one side. I complained and they said they would send another one, which they did. The second one though is still printed further towards one side than the other, and they have made the pictures smaller.<br>It seems that their printing process is very hit and miss, with no proper templates or processes being applied to ensure satisfactory products.
