However, they (along with Amazon) NEEDS to learn a thing or two about packing their boxes for shipping. I ordered a rather expensive, and fragile handbag to use for this summer. I was horrified when I received the package that there was NO packing paper or air bubbles inside to protect the product. The bag came to me completely damaged and unusable. I immediately packed the box safely and shipped it back to them. It took about 7 days to reach them via UPS. Customer service has been generous and nice, but I have yet to receive my refund. <br><br>Edit 4.4.12<br><br>I have finally received a confirmation email about my refund this morning. I will continue to recommend this site to others and I will shop here again, but not for purses. Unless I\u0027m positive it will hold up being tossed around in an empty box. Great merchant, I highly recommend you give them a shot! A beautiful website with vibrant and colorful stock pictures, great descriptions and easy checkout process, too. They also ship very fast. My last order was made during the weekend so they were off on Sat\/Sun even for USPS shipments. But nevertheless they immediately processed the order and shipped it on Monday and got it on Wednesday and I was very pleased with the product. I dealt with them before when I bought a case for my iPhone 4 last year or so. My latest purchase for my 4Gen iPod Touch came in beautiful condition and with all the pretty packaging, too. I was surprised it was packaged in a box and not some flimsy bubble envelope. The packaging was good too!<br><br>My only gripe is their shipping fees can be a bit expensive, even for something as lightweight as a iPhone\/iPod case. They have \u0022First Class\u0022 listed on their shipping FAQs but it\u0027s not available on checkout, which I find kind of annoying. Priority costs under $7 which is a bit expensive for something that can be shipped at under $3 instead. Nevertheless I will continue to shop with them and recommend them to others.
