I placed an order on 12-3-11 and part of my order arrived on 12-6-11. However I never received an email with any tracking information. I had to contact the company and was on hold 30 minutes to find out the other item would be delivered in 2 days. The items I purchased are xmas presents for my husband and the 1st package came in the original packaging from RECON and the package had to be signed for. Needless to say my husband had to sign for the package and now the surprise is NO MORE! I have never received a package from any merchant online that did not have the item in an additional box or at least wrapped in brown paper. When I placed this order, NO WHERE on the website does it state that packages come directly from the manufacterer like this. I have ordered items from RECON and the place there packages in boxes to be shipped.
DO NOT order any kind of gift and have it sent to your home if its for someone in your home. I called the company and spoke to a manager MATT..he was no help. I just wanted to return the item and not pay restockin fee. They would not!
TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!! I checked the BBB rating..it's a C+..now I know why. Wish I would have checked before I placed order. Now Im stuck with a gift and no surprise
