I completed my order on christmas and it took just about two weeks to recieve my order. When I finally recieved my order it had not just one but two texas longhorn 2 ft. orange and white trees in it (WOW, not a sports fan but ok I can give these to someone). So I kept digging in the box and the order was missing 4 of the most expensive bulbs. Well darn the invoice says they are in there. So I kept digging through the mountain of popcorn styrofoam. Maybe they are in here I kept thinking. By the end of my hunt I could not find them. I had styrofaom all over the floor(tiny little pieces so hard to clean). So I called and left a message with customer service and recieved a reply by email within a day stating that they will ship the bulbs that were not in the order. I have the tracking number and the four missing bulbs are supposed to be here any day now (25 days later). I hope there are not anymore sports trees or souveniers in this box.
Overall the experience was good with 1000 bulbs. Some areas of improvement would include checking accuracy of the order prior to stuffing the box with styrofoam, faster delivery for missing inventory, offering the souveniers for free on checkout not sending them randomly.
