Ignore any negative reviews,this is a first class company. I bought an Ellion DVD/HDD recorder and from the beginning, to the end, this firm kept me well informed at each stage of the processing of the order, even to a text message to my mobile. After delivery i found this was not quite what i had ordered (my own fault really) so i contacted Scan fearing the worst, but to my relief they were quite happy for me to return the item for a complete refund. Full marks to Roxanne and Phil for handling the situation. Once again this an excellent, efficient company and with the amount of orders it must handle there are always bound to be a few hiccups, but i certainly would have no worries about using them again.
