I have removed my initial review of this company since they have finally refunded my purchase price and shipping costs. Sonic, apparently unwittingly, sent me a used, damaged unit instead of a new unit. After weeks of arguing they finally refunded 100% of my costs.
Prices are good. Shipping is fast. Customer service is seriously lacking.

“The products we sell are brand new, closed-box merchandise unless otherwise stated; after investigating your allegations, the item you returned was in fine physical condition. The product wasn’t damaged, nor were there any signs of use beyond the mounting bolts that were stripped. We can’t speculate as to how those bolts came to be in your packaging: however, the item itself wasn’t tampered, damaged, or defective. You made the order with next day shipping, advising the product was needed for an event that upcoming weekend. Five days after your delivery, and once that weekend passed, you contacted us requesting a refund; if the item wasn’t in acceptable condition, why weren’t we contacted immediately, before your event?

Nevertheless, when you contacted us we provided a pre-paid label, covering your return shipping based upon the statement you provided. Although, once the goods were received and processed, it was discovered the product wasn’t in the condition you alluded to. We honored your refund request and deducted the 10% processing fee that’s listed on our policy. Regardless of the reason for return, if we’re not permitted the opportunity to replace or exchange the product, fees are always assessed. We apologize you didn’t get your resolution sought: however, we abided by our policy and our actions were warranted.”
