This store has the worst customer service I have encountered on the web. They claim that they process orders within 24-72 hours. It was 5 business days (including a weekend) before my order shipped from the warehouse, and I never received the shipment confirmation. I was also never notified that one item was backordered. Only because I called did I learn this, and cancelled the order for that item. My credit card still shows the full charge including this item. I just received the full order today, and it lacks a shipment paper or return label. Their website is a sham - the "customer reviews" link is dead, and you cannot obtain the pre-paid return label despite their instructions to the contrary. I shop very often online, and cannot imagine a worse interaction with an online company. Stay away!
