I ordered a 300/600 Watt DC to AC Power Inverter on March 3. It's now April 21 - 7 weeks later and I have heard absolutely nothing from them. They were of course happy to charge my credit card right away the day after I ordered. If this is the kind of service they provide I'll never shop with them again.
