Terrible customer service. Called babyage four times to speak to a supervisor and still no call back, even though I was told I would be getting a call back three different times On the third call I was told that my name was first on the list for a call back from the supervisor, but no call so when I called back, the following day, I was told that the supervisor left for the day. I have also emailed them three times, still nothing. It seems like if you get your item on time, everything is great, but try contacting them if you have a problem, then you'll know what I'm talking about, and don't say you weren't warned.
