I had a fantastic experience ordering from Designer Plumbing Outlet. I was a little worried due to low number of reviews on here, but everything went without a hitch. I ordered on July 4, used Google Checkout, on July 7 they charged my card, on July 8th they shipped it. On July 9th it was already at my door (apparently they actually shipped it before google checkout showed it as shipped).

I was a little concerned that it would be out of stock and used live chat with a representative, who was very helpful and told me when it would be shipped.

Very nice.

I'm writing primarily because I stumbled upon this site and found it very useful to rule out online resellers. But I found that it has a low rating for one of my favorite online stores - buy.com. I've ordered many items over the last few years and have never had any problems - quick shipping, items in perfect condition. I even had a buy.com visa card for a long time just so I'd be able to spend reward points there. I've always been extremely satisfied with my transactions with them.
