I recently purchased a Kodak i940 scanner for my home office. Newegg had the best price. It was easy to do the order and I received within a few days. I set up the scanner and loved it for my uses. I wanted to tell a relative about it so I went back online to check the price. It had gone down $42.00. I called Newegg the following day and spoke with Gloria. In just a few minutes, she had done some checking and was able to credit my account for the difference. I really appreciated that the company was willing to offer my an additional discount and that customer service far surpassed most customer service lines I have encountered--no make that all customer service lines. I don't know how they do it, but Newegg offers great products at great prices with excellent support. I will definitely always check Newegg first for my equipment needs.
