I've begun to move away from Newegg where I can, always checking for other good-priced sources. Newegg RMAs take far too long to complete compared to a certain giant competitor, and they are more likely to deny them (in my very limited experience). Their location in California means that 40+ million people have to pay state tax on purchases (I'm one of them). And I don't actually get the products faster than from out-of-state competitors. These things are not all their fault, but they add up. Newegg is still good and I will buy from them when it's right, but I don't feel the loyalty anymore.
