I was shopping for a Sony HDR-CX500V camcorder, and, at the time of my purchase, the Camera Kings price was more than 15% lower than Amazon, B&H, etc. So, although I hadn't purchased from them before, I thought I'd give it a try. I'm so glad I did.
I placed the order online on Monday, 12/12, and received e-mail confirmation immediately. On Tuesday, I got a call from a sales rep to confirm the order. He did offer me an extended battery, but I declined it, and that was that. Soon after the call I got another e-mail saying that my order was processed. Tuesday evening the order was shipped, and I received on Friday. The item was new in original packaging, with Sony warranty card and everything.
It was a truly flawless shopping experience, and I would certainly be willing to buy from Camera Kings again.
Oh, and the camcorder is absolutely great, I couldn't be more pleased.
