I ordered 3 books for my son on Jan. 18. After 2 days with no notification, I logged on and noticed that one of the books was "not available." So I emailed them and told them to ship the other 2 books out right away without waiting for the third one. IN the meantime, they had charged me the entire amount of the order.
Another 2 days. I looked online and the order was STILL sitting (Jan. 24). I called and was on hold for 30 minutes (!), finally talked with someone, told her what to do (cancel the third book and send the other 2 and credit my account for the cancelled book).
So I checked in yesterday and STILL nothing. ARG. I called and was on hold for 20 minutes this time and INSISTED that they ship the 2 books out THAT DAY and credit my account for the cancelled book.
Looked online today and they sent the books out - NOT expedited, which is what I asked for (and paid for!), but by snail mail (USPS).
Meanwhile, my son is having to borrow a book to get through the class.
Guess who I'm calling again tomorrow?
